The Boston Public Library (BPL) Book Project sprang from SA Partners’ Masifunde Sonke Project, in an effort to place the books from Masifunde Sonke into the branches of the BPL. The majority of WCB 2010 events included a book table, where individuals had the opportunity to purchase books for themselves or donate titles to the Boston Public Library. Thanks to the generosity of many, WCB 2010 donated eleven titles to each of twenty-four branches of the BPL.
