Returns will be accepted subject to the following terms.
All books and materials must be in a resalable condition.
The customer will pay return shipping.
Returns are only accepted within thirty days of the item being shipped from the Peppercorn Office, unless prior arrangements have been agreed at the time of purchase.
Peppercorn Books & Press will normally only accept returns of reproducible materials if accompanied by verification that the material has not been copied.
Peppercorn Books & Press will issue a credit note for all returned items which may be applied to future purchases, or to a refund.
Call the Peppercorn Office before shipping to obtain a returns number.
